通过分析中小学图书馆建设的必要性及其发展现状,阐述了地方高校图书馆如何为基础教育服务的问题,对高校图书馆工作提出了几点建议和要求。
Through analyzing the necessity of the construction of the libraries of middle and primary schools and their development status, expounds the problem of how the libraries of local colleges and universities to serve the elementary education, and puts forward some suggestions on and requirements for the work of university library.
