摘要
“碳达峰、碳中和”是国家的重大战略目标,北京作为首都需做出北京示范,率先实现目标。北京城市交通是二氧化碳排放量的主要贡献者,双碳目标下构建低碳、绿色的城市交通体系势在必行。本文阐释了双碳目标要求,解析了低碳交通的内涵,系统分析了北京交通运输碳排放现状,识别出双碳目标带来的重大挑战,从空间结构、出行结构、运输结构、能源结构等角度提出城市交通优化策略和政策建议,为北京城市交通低碳、绿色转型发展提供基础参考。
“Carbon peak and carbon neutrality”is a major strategic goal of our country,and Beijing,as the capital,needs to make an example by taking the lead in achieving the goal. Beijing transportation is the main contributor of carbon dioxide emissions. It is imperative to build a low-carbon and green urban transportation system. This paper explained the requirements of target and the connotation of low carbon transportation,systematically analyzed the current situation of energy consumption and carbon emission of transportation in Beijing,and identified the significant challenges. Finally,this paper proposed corresponding optimization strategies from the perspectives of spatial structure,travel structure,transportation structure,energy structure and carbon trading structure. It provides basic reference for the low-carbon and green transformation development of Beijing’s urban transportation.
