摘要
实现碳达峰碳中和是我国经济高质量发展的内在要求,也是一项复杂艰巨的长期性工程。交通运输行业是碳排放的重要领域之一,推动交通运输领域绿色低碳发展工作,是加速行业绿色低碳转型、推动交通运输高质量发展的重要抓手。文章立足“双碳”交通运输工作实际,从马克思主义哲学观的角度,运用认识论、方法论及实践论的理论,系统分析了宏观、中观、微观层面上出台的各类政策对交通运输行业绿色低碳发展的要求。“双碳”发展战略的宏观、中观、微观层面已经实现了与认识论、方法论、实践论的结合,研究可为交通运输行业绿色低碳发展提供理论参考。
Achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutralization is an inherent requirement for China’s high-quality economic development,as well as a complex and arduous long-term project.The transportation industry is one of the important areas of carbon emissions.Promoting green and low-carbon development in the transportation field is an important way to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of the industry and promote the high-quality development of transportation.Based on the actual situation of"double carbon"transportation work,this paper systematically analyzes the requirements of various policies on green and lowcarbon development of transportation industry at the macro,meso and micro levels from the perspective of Marxist philosophy,using the theories of epistemology,methodology and practice.The macro,meso and micro levels of the"double carbon"development strategy have been combined with epistemology,methodology and practice theory.This study can provide theoretical reference for the green and low-carbon development of the transportation industry.
