摘要 职业教育高质量发展是当前职业教育改革的主旋律。职业教育高质量发展的前提是对职业教育高质量发展的内涵与质量观进行深入研究。职业教育高质量发展的内涵体现为过程性内涵、结果性内涵和复合性内涵,即从职业教育本体出发,关注受教育主体的利益与诉求,是综合全面的、精准的教育质量观。当前,职业教育高质量发展还面临一些关键挑战,如理论研究有待加强、教育资源供给失衡、类型特色不够鲜明和制度供给联动不足。展望未来,促进职业教育高质量发展需加强职业教育高质量发展的理论研究深度、构建更加完善的职业教育结构体系、利用好职业教育高质量发展的评价指挥棒。 The high-quality development of vocational education is the main melody of the current vocational education reform. The premise of high-quality development of vocational education is the in-depth study of the connotation and quality view of high-quality development of vocational education. The connotation of high-quality development of vocational education is embodied in process connotation, result connotation and compound connotation, that is,starting from the noumenon of vocational education, paying attention to the interests and demands of the educated subject, and a comprehensive and accurate concept of educational quality. At present, the high-quality development of vocational education still faces some key challenges, such as theoretical research needs to be improved, the supply of educational resources is unbalanced, the type characteristics are not clear enough and the linkage of system supply is not enough. Looking forward to the future, promoting the high-quality development of vocational education needs to increase the depth of theoretical research on the high-quality development of vocational education, build a more perfect structural system of vocational education, and make good use of the evaluation function of the high-quality development of vocational education.
