摘要
为了研究乳化剂的结构对乳液的粒径、稳定性及漆膜性能的影响。采用不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇和环氧树脂E-20、以不同投料比(环氧基和羟基的物质的量比)反应制备了非离子环氧乳化剂,并用相反转法制备了环氧E-20乳液,采用^(1)HNMR、GPC、DSC表征了乳化剂的结构,研究了其对乳液的粒径、稳定性的影响。用制备的乳液配制了防腐涂料并进行性能测试。结果表明:聚乙二醇相对分子质量为8000、投料比为1.7:1时得到的乳化剂制备的环氧乳液稳定性最好,平均粒径为766 nm,漆膜具有良好的理化性能和耐中性盐雾性。
In order to study the influences of emulsifier structure on particle size,stability and film performance.The non-ionic epoxy emulsifier was prepared by reaction of epoxy resin E-20 with polyethylene glycols with different molecular weight and feed ratios.The structure of the emulsifier was characterized and analyzed by^(1)H NMR,GPC and DSC.Epoxy emulsion was prepared by phase reverse method using the prepared emulsifiers.The influences of structure of the emulsifier on the particle size and stability of the emulsions were studied.Anticorrosion coating was formulated using the prepared emulsion.The test results reveal that epoxy emulsion with the best stability can be obtained by using PEG with molecular weight of 8000,and the molar ratio of epoxy groups in E-20 to the hydroxyl groups in PEG is 1.7:1.The average particle size of epoxy emulsion is 766 nm.The coating film has good physical property and anticorrosion performance with 1000 h of salt spray test.
