摘要 采用甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇、三羟甲基丙烷、环氧树脂(AG-80)、水性环氧乳化剂和二羟甲基丙酸为主要原料,合成了环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯乳液(WPUE),并通过傅立叶红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱和粒径分析等方法对制备的WPUE的结构及有关性能进行了分析和表征。研究了体系中n(NCO):n(OH),TMP、DMPA、AG-80和乳化剂质量分数对WPUE及其涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当n(NCO):n(OH)=1.4~1.6,m(TMP)=7%~9%,m(DMPA)=5%,m(AG-80)=5%,m(乳化剂)=2%时制得的WPUE贮存稳定性在12个月以上。与未改性的WPU相比,WPUE涂膜的硬度可提高到0.92,拉伸强度可提高到35MPa,断裂伸长率降低到490%;WPUE涂膜于室温下在水中浸泡48h和在丙酮、甲苯等溶剂中浸泡24h后,仍保持完整状态、不发白。WPUE涂膜的耐水性、耐溶剂性和力学性能均优于同类型的SPU产品。 The waterborne polyurethane emulsion modified by AG-80 epoxy resin(WPUE) has been synthesized using toluene diisocyanate,polyester polyol,trimethylolpropane,epoxy resin (AG-80) ,waterborne epoxy emulsifier and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as main materials. The structure and properties of WPUE were studied and characterized with FTIR,gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and particle size analyzer etc. The effects of total mole ratio of n (NCO)/n (OH),mass fraction of TMP, DMPA, AG-80 and waterborne epoxy emulsifier on the properties of WPUE and coating films were investigated. The results showed that the WPUE had better pot life (more than 12 months) at the total mole ratio of n (NCO)/n (OH) =1 .4-1.6, m (TMP)=7%-9%,m(DMPA)=5%,m(AG-80) =5% and m (emulsifier)=2%. Compared with unmodified WPU emulsion, the hardness of WPUE films can be raised up to 0.92,the tensile strength can be raised up to 35 MPa,the elongation at break can be reduced to 490% and the fihn of WPUE is intact and not blushing after it is dipped in water for 48 h, in acetone or toluene solution for 24 h at room temperature. The water resistance, solvent resistance and mechanical properties of WPUE film have superiority over the same type of SPU product.
