摘要 通过分子设计,首先采用马来酸酐对蓖麻油进行酯化制得改性蓖麻油,然后将其作为多元醇成分与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇1000、N,N-二羟甲基丙酸等反应合成了耐光性聚氨酯复鞣填充剂MC-PUR。经化学法确定该改性蓖麻油的平均羟基官能度为2.0左右。分别采用取和NMR对MC-PUR的结构进行表证,证明其是阴离子型水性聚氨酯。初步应用试验结果表明,经MGPUR复鞣填充得到的坯革12h和24h耐黄变性能分别达到5级和4~5级。 According to the idea of molecule design, a new type of polyurethane retanning agent (MC-PUR) with outstanding lightfastness was synthesized by the reaction of maleic anhydride modified castor oil(MCO) with low hydroxyl functionality, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and poly(ethylene glycol 1000). The average hydroxyl functionality of MCO was approximately 2.0 measured in chemistry method. Infrared Spectroscopy (IR) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) were utilized to characterize the molecule structure of MC-PUR. The result of application showed that MC-PUR was excellently sunfroof and the aging resistance of leather retanned by MC-PUR were grade 5 and 4-5 after respectively undergoing 12 and 24 hours ultraviolet irradiation.
