摘要
采用端甲氧基聚乙二醇-马来酸酐-E-44多元共聚物合成非离子型水性环氧树脂乳化剂。利用红外光谱对产物结构进行表征。以相反转技术乳化环氧树脂E-44,研究了乳化剂合成过程中酯化率与反应时间、乳化剂用量对乳液稳定性的影响,并对其固化性能进行了探讨。结果表明:端甲氧基聚乙二醇-马来酸酐与环氧树脂E44在110~120℃反应5h,酯化率达98%以上;乳化剂用量在16.5%~20.0%时其乳化效果及所制得乳液的稳定性最好。
Non-ionic waterborne epoxy emulsifier was prepared by copolymer MeO-PEG-Ma-E-44. The structure of the polymer was characterized by FT-IR. Epoxy resin E-44 was emulsified by the copolymer with phase inversion technique. The effect of esterification rate, reaction time, amount of the emulsifier on the stability of epoxy resin emulsions and its curing property were also investigated. The results showed that the esterification rate reach above 98% when MeO-PEG-Ma and E-44 reacted for 5 h with the temperature between 110℃ and 120℃When the amount of the emulsifier is 16.5% -20.0%, the emulsification effect, the stability of epoxy resin emulsion and its curing property are the best.
