摘要 钟南山院士提出“当今,大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术加速了与交通、医疗、教育、科研等领域的深度融合,助推了社会信息化转型升级”。伴随互联网技术的蓬勃发展,网络教学作为辅助教育手段提前大规模试水,逐渐进入广大教育工作者的视线。然而,每次教学创新与改革都会与传统的教育理念和传统意识形态发生冲突,引起有关人与技术理性、人与人之间关系的大讨论。因此,网络教学相关学习效率及成效问题成了教学活动中关注的重点之一。对于需要在医院环境下观摩学习的医学生及参与规范化培训的青年医生而言,无法现场接触临床、沟通患者、动手操作、创建临床思维等,都是网络医学教育中所面临的难题。本文旨在结合新背景下网络教学方式及创新不足点,从中找到医学专业网络教学改进新方向。 Academician Zhong Nanshan proposed that"Today,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies have accelerated the deep integration with transportation,medical care,education,scientific research and other fields,boosting the transformation and upgrading of social information".With the booming development of Internet technology,online teaching as an auxiliary education means is testing the water in advance on a large scale and gradually enters the sight of the majority of educators.However,every teaching innovation and reform clashes with traditional educational philosophies and traditional ideologies,rising great debates about the relationship between human and technological rationality,and between human beings.Therefore,the issue of learning efficiency and effectiveness related to online teaching has become one of the key points in teaching activities.For medical students who need to observe and learn in a hospital setting and for young physicians involved in standardized training,the inability to have on-site clinical contact,communicate with patients,do hands-on work,and create clinical thinking are all challenges faced in online medical education.This paper is aimed at combining the new context,online teaching methods are used and shortcomings are innovated,from which to find new directions for improving online teaching of medical profession.
