摘要
目的调查分析2020年宣城市人民医院医院注射液临床药物不良反应(ADR)发生情况。方法提取2020年1~12月宣城市人民医院上报至国家药品ADR监测中心数据库的328例注射液ADR报告。统计分析相关数据,主要包括患者性别、年龄、患病情况、药品名称、给药途径、ADR发生时间、ADR类型等。结果328例发生注射液ADR患者中,男性162例(49.39%),女性166例(150.61%),男女ADR发生率相近;46~69岁患者ADR发病率最高,占比58.23%;原患疾病多为恶性肿瘤,占比53.35%;使用顺铂患者注射液ADR发生率最高,占比7.62%;静脉滴注给药注射液ADR发生率最高,占比88.11%;注射液ADR多发生在5~30 min,占比42.38%;注射液ADR多为白细胞减少,占比24.34%。结论2020年宣城市人民医院医院注射液临床ADR较多,医院应加强注射液临床ADR监测与上报工作,观察ADR发生特点,以保障临床合理用药,减少ADR发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical status of adverse drug reactions(ADR)caused by injection in Xuancheng People’s Hospital in 2020.Methods The ralated data about 328 patients with ADR who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were reported to the national ADR monitoring center,including gender,age,disease,name of drug,route of administration,ADR time,ADR type.And these data were statistically analyzed.Results Of the 328 patients with ADR,there were 162 males(49.39%)and 166 females(150.61%),the incidence of ADR was similar in males and females.And the incidence rate of ADR was the highest in patients with age range being 46~69 years,accounting for 58.23%;most of the primary diseases were malignant tumors,accounting for 53.35%,and the incidence of ADR was the highest in patients receiving cisplatin injection,accounting for 7.62%;the incidence of ADR in intravenous drip was the highest,accounting for 88.11%;ADR of injection mostly occurred during 5~30 minutes,accounting for 42.38%;the ADR of injection was mainly leucopenia,accounting for 24.34%.Conclusion The incidence rates of ADR of clinical injection are higher in Xuancheng People’s Hospital in 2020,therefore,it necessary to strengthen the clinical ADR monitoring and reporting,so as to ensure the clinical rational drug use and decrease the incidence of ADR.
