摘要
目的:探讨氰基丙烯酸酯类粘结剂在牙周病前牙松动中的使用。方法:回顾性选取2020年2月~2021年2月本院牙周病前牙松动患者100例,依据治疗方法分为氰基丙烯酸酯类粘结剂组、双重固化树脂类粘结剂组两组,各50例,统计分析两组患者的牙槽骨密度、咬合力、牙周情况、松动度、临床疗效、牙周板满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果:固定后,氰基丙烯酸酯类粘结剂组患者的上颌、下颌牙槽骨密度、咬合力均高于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组(P<0.05)。固定后,氰基丙烯酸酯类粘结剂组患者的PBS、BMD均高于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组(P<0.05),PLW、PLI、PD、AL、BI均低于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组(P<0.05)。固定后,氰基丙烯酸酯类粘结剂组患者的松动度Ⅰ度比例高于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组(P<0.05),Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度比例均低于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组(P<0.05)。氰基丙烯酸酯类粘结剂组患者的总有效率94.00%(47/50)高于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组76.00%(38/50)(χ^(2)=6.353,P<0.05)。氰基丙烯酸酯类粘结剂组患者的固位满意度高于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组(t=14.372,P<0.05),美观满意度高于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组(t=22.523,P<0.05),舒适满意度高于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组(t=15.304,P<0.05),咀嚼满意度高于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组(t=16.280,P<0.05)。氰基丙烯酸酯类粘结剂组患者的不良反应发生率4.00%(2/50)低于双重固化树脂类粘结剂组10.00%(10/50)(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05)。结论:氰基丙烯酸酯类粘结剂在牙周病前牙松动中的使用效果较双重固化树脂类粘结剂好。
Objective:To investigate the application of cyanoacrylate adhesive in the treatment of anterior tooth loosening in periodontal disease.Methods:A retrospective study of 100 patients with anterior tooth loosening of periodontal disease in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 was performed.According to treatment methods,they were divided into cyanoacrylate adhesives group and double cured resin adhesives group with 50 cases in each group.The alveolar bone density,bite force,periodontal condition,loosenes,clinical efficacy,periodontal plate satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:After fixation,the maxillary and mandibular alveolar bone density and bite force of cyanoacrylate adhesive group were higher than those of double cured resin adhesive group(P<0.05).After fixation,PBS and BMD of cyanoacrylate adhesives group were higher than those of dual cured resin adhesives group(P<0.05),while PLW,PLI,PD,AL and BI were lower than those of dual cured resin adhesives group(P<0.05).After fixation,the proportion of looseness I in cyanoacrylate adhesive group was higher than that in double cured resin adhesive group(P<0.05),and the proportion of looseness II and III was lower than that in double cured resin adhesive group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of cyanoacrylate adhesive group was 94.00%(47/50)higher than 76.00%(38/50)of double cured resin adhesive group(x^(2)=6.353,P<0.05).The retention satisfaction of patients in cyanoacrylate adhesives group was higher than that in dual-cured resin adhesives group(t=14.372,P<0.05);aesthetic satisfaction was higher than that in dual-cured resin adhesives group(t=22.523,P<0.05);comfort satisfaction was higher than that in dual-cured resin adhesives group(t=15.304,P<0.05);and chewing satisfaction was higher than that of double cured resin adhesive group(t=16.280,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in cyanoacrylate adhesive group was 4.00%(2/50)lower than 10.00%(10/50)of double cured resin adhesive group(x^(2)=6.061
