摘要
目的：探讨牙周病牙齿松动粘接固定治疗的方法及效果。方法：将我院2009年6月至2010年6月收治的120例牙周病的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对照组采用钢丝结扎与光固化复合树脂治疗，观察组采在对照组的基础上采用粘接式牙周夹板治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：两组患者均随访6～12个月，观察组的牙齿松动度显著优于对照组，P〈0．05。且观察组的总有效率为100％显著高于对照组的80．0％，P〈0．05。结论：粘接式牙周夹板治疗牙周病牙齿松动疗效满意，值得临床推广。
Objective：Discussion periodontosis tooth loose cementation fixed treatment method and effect. Methods：From June, 2009 120 example periodontosis patient who admits to June, 2010 stochastically divides into the observation group and the control group my courtyard, each group of 60 examples, the control group uses the steel wire ligation and the photo--curing compound resin treatment, the observation group picks in control group＇s foundation uses the cementation type tooth week clamping plank treatment, compared with two group of patient＇s clinical curative effects. Results：Two group of patients make a follow--up visit for 6-12 months, observation group＇s tooth becoming less crowded obviously surpass the control group, P〈0.05. Also observation group＇s total effectiveness is 100% obviously is higher than the control group 80.0%, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The cementation type tooth week clamping plank treats the periodontosis tooth loose curative effect to be satisfied, is worth the clinical promotion.
