摘要
目的:观察金属烤瓷联冠对牙周病患者的修复治疗效果。方法:选取本院160例牙周病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为A、B两组,每组各80例,两组患者均行常规基础的牙周病治疗。A组辅以金属烤瓷联冠式牙周夹板修复治疗;B组辅以树脂粘接桥式夹板修复治疗。于治疗后1、2、3、5年对患者进行回访,判定金属烤瓷联冠对牙周病患者的修复治疗效果。结果:所有患者牙周炎病征均有不同程度的好转,但金属烤瓷联冠式牙周夹板修复治疗的效果明显优于树脂粘接桥式夹板修复治疗。由统计结果可知,A组患者5年后的有效率95%(76/80);B组患者5年后的有效率69%(55/80),且两组患者在咀嚼功能、牙槽骨破坏恢复程度、牙菌斑的清除方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金属烤瓷联冠对牙周病患者修复效果显著,值得在临床上广泛推广。
To observe the metal bakes porcelain couplet coronal to therestoration treatment effect with periodontal disease.Method：160 patients with periodontal disease in our hospital were divide into the group A and the group B according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional therapy.On the basis of conventional therapy,the group A was given porcelain fused to metal crown periodontal splint treatment,the group B was given resin bonded bridge splint treatment.By 1,2,3,5 years after treatment,the patients were carried out a return visit that would determine the metal bakes porcelain couplet coronal to therestoration treatment effect with periodontal disease.Result：All patients with periodontitis symptoms were improved in varying degrees,but the metal bakes porcelain couplet coronal to therestoration treatment effect was obviously better than that of resin bonded bridge splint treatment.From the statistical results,the effective rate was 95%（76/80）after 5 years of patients in group A,the effective rate was 69%（55/80）after 5 years of patients in group B,and There were statistical significance differences in the masticatory function,alveolar bone destruction degree of recovery,the removal of the plaque,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The restoration effect of porcelain fused to metal crown on periodontal disease is obvious,is worthy of clinical application.
