摘要
文章基于不同类型金融科技项目团队的调研数据,进行多层回归分析,研究创新氛围对团队效能的影响及知识共享的中介作用。研究结果表明,营造创新氛围对提升团队效能有积极影响,而且知识贡献和知识收集可以在其中发挥部分中介作用。研究结论丰富了团队过程与团队效能理论,有助于金融科技企业深入理解构建团队创新氛围的重要性、通过知识共享对项目效能提升发挥作用。
Based on the research data of different types of financial technology project teams, the authors make multi-level regression analysis to study the impact of innovation atmosphere on team effectiveness and the intermediary role of knowledge sharing. The results show that creating an innovation atmosphere has a positive impact on improving team effectiveness, and knowledge contribution and knowledge collection can play a partial intermediary role. The research conclusion enriches the theory of team process and team effectiveness, and helps fintech enterprises to deeply understand the importance of building a team innovation atmosphere.Besides,knowledge sharing plays a role in improving project effectiveness.
