摘要
数字经济时代,保险学专业课程体系建设和人才培养应与数字经济发展和保险业数字化转型相匹配。文章以数字经济背景下,保险创新型和创业型人才新需求、课程教学内容融合性和跨学科新特征、产学研协同育人培养新模式为出发点,提出优化保险学专业课程体系应该遵循立德树人、促进社会发展的根本目标,体现前沿性和融合性以及兼具本体化和国际化等基本原则。文章以上海立信会计金融学院为例,对应用型保险学专业课程体系优化进行探讨,阐释“大思政”视角下高质量课程思政、全方位构建产学研协同育人、探索学赛融合新模式、打造文理交融特色金课群等方面的优化创新实践。
In the era of digital economy,the construction of the insurance education curriculum system and talent cultivation should be in line with the development of digital economy and the digital transformation of insurance industry.Starting from the perspective of the new demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in insurance,the integration and interdisciplinary characteristics of course content,and the new model of collaborative education between industry,academia,and research in the context of the digital economy,this article suggests that the optimization of the insurance curriculum system should follow the fundamental goal of cultivating moral character and promoting social development,embodying principles of cutting-edge and integration,as well as being both localized and internationalized.Taking Shanghai Lixin Accounting and Finance College as an example,the paper makes an in-depth discussion on the optimization of the applied insurance major curriculum system,and explains the specific optimization and innovation practices in the aspects of high-quality curriculum ideology and politics from the perspective of"big ideology and political education",the comprehensive construction of collaborative education between industry,academia,and research,the exploration of integrating learning and competition,and the creation of distinctive interdisciplinary courses with a blend of arts and sciences.
