摘要
在高温季节,母猪舍温度升高,高温环境下母猪发情率、采食量及泌乳量等繁殖性能指标下降,呼吸频率、皮肤温度及直肠温度等生理指标升高,皮质醇和甲状腺激素等应激指标升高,肠道结构受损、有益微生物相对丰度降低。目前用于猪舍降温的方式主要有湿帘-风机负压通风降温、喷雾和喷淋降温、定点送风降温以及水冷地板降温等。为保障母猪健康生产,需要根据猪舍类型及不同区域的气候特征制定适宜的降温措施。本文从不同角度综述了高温环境对母猪影响及降温调控技术,以期为高温季节采用适宜的降温策略提供技术参考和理论依据。
In the high temperature season,with increasing of sow house temperature,the reproductive performance indexes such as oestrus rate,feed intake and milk production are decreased;the physiological indexes such as respiratory rate,skin temperature and rectal temperature are increased;the stress indexes such as cortisol and thyroid hormone are increased;the intestinal structure is impaired and the relative abundance of beneficial microorganisms is decreased.At present,the main cooling ways include wet curtain-fan with tunnel ventilation cooling system,spray and mist spray cooling system,fixed-point air supply cooling system and cooled floor cooling system.In order to ensure the healthy production of sows,it is necessary to formulate appropriate cooling measures according to the type of pig house and the climate characteristics of different regions.This review summarizes the impact of high ambient temperature on sows and cooling methods from different aspects,in order to provide technical reference and theoretical basis for choosing suitable cooling strategies in high temperature season.
