摘要
目的 研究活血化瘀汤联合护理干预对髌骨骨折患者膝关节功能及血液流变学的影响。方法 从2018年6月—2019年12月收治的髌骨骨折患中者选取100例作为此次治疗的研究对象,将其分为对照组和试验组,2组的分组标准主要依据随机数字表法,2组均50例患者。对照组患者接受固定手术治疗联合护理干预,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合活血化瘀汤口服治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月。比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效、骨折愈合情况,治疗前后血液流变学及血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平变化。结果 试验组和对照组患者临床总有效率分别为96.00%和74.00%,试验组高于对照组;与对照组相比,试验组患者骨折愈合时间缩短,骨痂骨密度升高;治疗后,2组患者血清IL-10水平较治疗前相比,均升高,且试验组较对照组高;而全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆PV、FIB水平及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且试验组均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 活血化瘀汤联合护理干预可有效缩短髌骨骨折患者的恢复时间,改善膝关节功能,同时降低血液流变学指标及炎性因子水平,改善血液循环、抑制炎症反应,提高治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with nursing intervention on knee joint function and hemorheology in patients with patella fracture.Methods A total of 100 patellar fracture patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group( n = 50) and the experimental group( n = 50) according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group received fixed surgical treatment combined with nursing intervention,and on the basis of the control group,patients in the experimental group were treated with Huoxue Huayu decoction.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,fracture healing after treatment was compared,blood rheology and serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α levels before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 96.00% and 74.00%,respectively,the experimental group was higher than the control group.Compared with the control group,the fracture healing time of the experimental group shorted and the callus bone density increased.Compared with before treatment,the serum IL-10 levels of the two groups of patients increased after treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.While the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma PV and FIB levels,serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group( all P < 0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Huayu decoction combined with nursing intervention can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients with patella fractures,improve knee joint function,reduce blood rheology indexes and inflammatory factor levels,improve blood circulation,inhibit inflammation,and improve the treatment effect.
