摘要
随着现代社会中父亲越来越多地参与育儿过程,贴心的“奶爸”形象出现,一改大众对中国传统文化中父亲威严角色的印象。特别是借助社交媒体平台分享育儿经验的“爸爸博主”,不断建构当代父亲的理想角色。本文以中国社交媒体上的爸爸博主为研究对象,采用文本分析的研究方法,探讨爸爸博主在数字实践中所记录的父职体验、呈现的父亲形象和建构的父职理念。本文发现爸爸博主努力维持工作与家庭的平衡,在育儿体验中获得父职情感回归,用性教育重构传统性别角色,并通过与母亲形象的对比和对孩子形象的投射,塑造出感性关怀、幽默睿智、科学消费的理性父亲形象,最终在传统与现代的碰撞中建构出混合父职,呈现有别于传统的、理想的当代父亲角色。爸爸博主的数字化实践作为个体家庭生活的社会化表达,有助于人们重新聚焦和审视在传统性别分工中被边缘化的父职,进而打破性别分工和性别气质的迷思,推进家庭内的性别平等。
As fathers become more involved in the parenting process in modern society, caring “daddy” has changed the father’s traditional authoritarian role in Chinese culture.In particular, daddy bloggers who share their parenting experiences through social media platforms are constantly constructing the ideal role of contemporary fathers.This paper takes daddy bloggers on Chinese social media as the research subjects and uses text analysis as the research method to examine what daddy bloggers have shared online with respect to their fatherhood experiences, fatherhood identities and fatherhood ideologies.The findings reveal that the daddy bloggers try to maintain a balance between work and family, create an emotional return of fatherhood in their parenting experience, and reconstruct traditional gender roles with sex education.Through reflecting contrast with mother’s image and the projection of children’s image, these daddy bloggers create an image of the father who is caring, humorous, and rational thinking to consumption.This image is a construct of a hybrid fatherhood out of a collision between tradition and modernity, representing a contemporary ideal that is different from the traditional fatherhood.As a socialized expression of individual family life, the digital practice of daddy bloggers helps us refocus and re-examine fatherhood, a concept that is marginalized in the traditional gender division of labor.This refocus may offer a chance to break free from the myths of gender division of labor and gender temperament and advance gender equality within the family.
