摘要
植物种类繁多,含有多样性的化学成分,一些特定的化合物如酮类、萜类等可抑制微生物的生长,并且植物提取物保鲜成本低、安全性高、副作用小,具有良好的抗菌价值,对葡萄保鲜具有重要意义。论述了应用于葡萄保鲜的植物种类及其提取物保鲜作用机理、植物提取物对葡萄采后病原菌的抑制作用及其提取和应用方法,展望了植物提取物在葡萄保鲜方面的应用前景及研究方向。
Plant variety and diversity of chemical composition,specific compounds such as ketone and terpenoids,can inhibit the growth of microorganisms.Plant extracts have significant impact in grape preservation since they are inexpensive,safe and have small side effects with excellent antibacterial value.This paper discussed multiple types of plant extracts and their preservation mechanisms,and effects on inhibition of grape postharvest pathogens,as well as the extraction method of plant extracts.In addition,the application of plant extracts in grape preservation was outlooked.
