摘要
研究了万寿菊根不同溶剂提取物对辣椒枯萎病菌的作用,同时还研究了万寿菊根无菌水提取物对辣椒幼苗的作用。结果表明,万寿菊根乙酸乙酯,乙醇,无菌水提取物对辣椒枯萎病菌菌丝生长均有不同程度的影响,其中常温下无菌水提取物对辣椒枯萎病菌的抑制作用最强,对菌丝形态无明显影响,另外万寿菊根无菌水提取物能够提高辣椒幼苗体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。
The article studied action of the different extraction from the root of Tagetes patula by different solvent on capsicum Fusarium wilt and the axenic water extraction on capsicum seedling.The results showed that the different extraction by ethyl acetate,alcohol or axenic water had inhibiting effect on the mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp vasinfectum(Atk.)Snyd.& Hans and among them the axenic water extraction under normal temperature was the strongest.In addition,the axenic water extraction can promote the activities of SOD,POD and CAT isoenzyme of seedling.
