摘要
目的探讨肺癌患者血清中CYFRA21-1、TIMP-1、ProGRP的表达水平及其与病理特征的关系。方法选取75例肺癌患者作为研究对象,同期选取50例存在肺部病变的非肺癌患者作为对照组。检测患者血清中CYFRA21-1、TIMP-1与ProGRP水平,并分析其与患者病理特征的关系。结果观察组血清中CYFRA21-1、TIMP-1与ProGRP水平明显高于对照组,且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中不同性别、年龄及吸烟史患者血清中CYFRA21-1、TIMP-1与ProGRP水平无明显差异(P>0.05);不同病理类型、病理分化程度及肿瘤体积患者血清中CYFRA21-1、TIMP-1与ProGRP水平无明显差异(P>0.05);TNM分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者血清中CYFRA21-1、TIMP-1与ProGRP水平显著低于TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移及远处转移患者血清中CYFRA21-1、TIMP-1与ProGRP水平显著高于无淋巴结转移和无远处转移患者(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者血清中CYFRA21-1、TIMP-1、ProGRP呈现高表达,且与TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移及远处转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum CYFRA21-1,TIMP-1 and ProGRP levels and prognosis and pathological features in patients with lung cancer.Methods 75 cases of lung cancer patients and 50 cases of non lung cancer patients with lung lesions were selected as the control group.The serum levels of CYFRA21-1,TIMP-1 and ProGRP in the blood of patients were detected,and their relationship with prognosis and pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results The serum levels of CYFRA21-1,TIMP-1 and ProGRP in the blood of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of CYFRA21-1,TIMP-1 and ProGRP in the blood of the patients with different sex,age and smoking history in the observation group had no significant difference(P<0.05).The serum levels of CYFRA21-1,TIMP-1 and ProGRP in the blood of the patients with different pathological types,degree of pathological differentiation.The serum levels of CYFRA21-1,TIMP-1 and ProGRP in TNM stageⅠ+Ⅱpatients were significantly lower than those in TNM stageⅢ+Ⅳpatients(P<0.05).The serum levels of CYFRA21-1,TIMP-1 and ProGRP in patients with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis and without distant metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion CYFRA21-1,TIMP-1 and ProGRP are highly expressed in the blood of patients with lung cancer,and are closely related to lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and distant metastasis.
