摘要
目的:分析研究PDCA模式在医院合理用药管理中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年1月-2021年1月收治的68例住院患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组各34例,对其临床资料展开分析,对照组进行常规管理,观察组采用PDCA模式,对比患者药品使用登记情况,药物合理使用检查考核评分,合理用药改进评分,患者合理用药满意度。结果:分析两组患者管理方式满意度,与对照组(76.47%)相比,观察组满意度(97.06%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者药品使用登记情况(92.69±3.25)分、药物合理使用评分(93.08±1.85)分、合理用药改进评分(94.26±3.62)分,均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药品合理使用评分,与对照组相比,观察组评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施PDCA模式,能够有效提高医院用药管理方式的满意度,且降低了药物不合理使用问题的发生率,很大程度上提高了医院合理用药管理水平。
Objective:To analyze and study the application value of PDCA model in the management of rational drug use in hospitals.Methods:Sixty-eight inpatients admitted from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects and they were divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group.Their clinical data were analyzed.Control group received routine management and observation group received PDCA mode.The patients'drug use registration,drug rational use inspection assessment score,rational drug use improvement score,and patient's satisfaction with rational drug use were compared.Results:The patient's satisfaction of management method was analyzed in two groups.Compared with the control group(76.47%),the observation group's satisfaction(97.06%)was higher,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the observation group,the drug use registration status of patients was(92.69±3.25)points,the drug rational use inspection assessment score was(93.08±1.85)points,and the improvement score of rational drug use was(94.26±3.62)points,which were all higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The rational drug use scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of PDCA model can effectively improve the satisfaction of hospital medication management methods,reduce the incidence of irrational drug use,and greatly improve the management level of rational drug use in hospitals.
