摘要
目的研究基于PDCA模式的医院公共卫生管理效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院黄浦分院的25名公共卫生科工作人员为研究对象。其中,2022年1—12月为对照组,实施常规医院公共卫生管理;2023年1—12月为观察组,实施PDCA模式管理。对两组公卫人员管理质量评分(健康档案管理、预防保健、疾病防治宣传、公共卫生知识、制度学习、信息采集)、文书书写合格率、考核成绩以及管理满意度进行对比。结果观察组各项卫生管理评分、文书书写合格率、考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管理满意度为96.00%(24/25),高于对照组的72.00%(18/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA模式的医院公共卫生管理可以提升管理效果、卫生管理评分、文书书写合格率、考核成绩及管理满意度。
Objective To study the effect of public health management in hospitals based on PDCA model.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,25 public health department staff from Huangpu Branch of Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were selected as the research objects.Among them,from January to December 2022 as the control group,the implementation of routine hospital public health management.From January to December 2023,the observation group implemented PDCA model management.The management quality scores(health records management,preventive health care,disease prevention and control publicity,public health knowledge,system learning,information collection),the qualified rate of document writing,assessment results and management satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The scores of health management,the qualified rate of document writing and the examination results in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%(24/25)higher than 72.00%(18/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05).Conclusion The public health management of hospital based on PDCA model can improve the management effect,health management score,qualified rate of document writing,assessment results and management satisfaction.
