摘要
目的观察长春西汀对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法选取在我院治疗的伴有早期糖尿病肾病的2型糖尿病患者(T2DM)40例,静脉注射长春西汀20 mg/d。给药前及给药15 d后检验尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐、糖化血红蛋白及肝、肾功能等血清生化指标。结果治疗后40例T2DM患者的血肌酐无明显变化(P>0.05),尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐显著降低(P<0.05)。结论长春西汀治疗早期糖尿病肾病具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of vinpocetine on diabetic nephropathy （DN） at early stage. Methods 40 type 2 diabetics mellitus patients complicated with DN were given vinpocetine by intravenous injection 20 mg/d. The levels of UMA/UCr, serum biochemistry, glycosylated hemoglobin and liver function index before and after 15 d of treatment were observed. Results After treatment, there was significant decrease in UMA/UCr （P 〈 0. 05 ） , but SCr didn＇t show the trend （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Vinpocetine is effective to treat DN at early stage.
