摘要
目的对健康体检科体检人员的采血风险因素进行分析,针对性地制定管理对策并探究其应用价值。方法采用回顾性分析的方法对2019年2月—2020年1月在健康体检科接受采血的体检人员临床资料进行分析,并总结采血风险因素。针对性的制定护理管理对策,并以2020年2月—2021年2月在本健康体检科接受体检的4500名体检人员作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组人数均为2250名。对照组体检人员在采血时仅接受常规护理,而对研究组的体检人员实行制定的护理管理对策干预。比较两组体检人员采血过程中的不良事件的发生率、焦虑情绪评分、护理质量和满意度评价等指标之间的差异。结果对照组体检人员的不良事件发生率明显高于研究组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组体检人员的焦虑情绪评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,研究组体检人员对护理的满意度以及护理质量的评价明显更高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对健康体检科体检人员的采血风险因素进行总结分析,针对性的制定风险管理对策能够有效降低采血过程中不良事件的发生率,改善体检人员的体验,提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of blood collection of physical examination personnel in health examination department,to formulate management countermeasures and to explore their application value.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of the medical personnel who received blood collection from February 2019 to January 2020,and to summarize the risk factors of blood collection.From February 2020 to February 2021,4500 cases of physical examination personnel were randomly divided into control group and study group,each group was 2250.The medical staff of the control group only received routine nursing during blood collection,while the medical staff of the study group carried out the intervention of nursing management countermeasures.The incidence of adverse events,anxiety score,nursing quality and satisfaction evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the two different nursing methods,The results showed that the incidence of adverse events in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety score of the physical examination staff in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the evaluation of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality was significantly higher in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion By summing up and analyzing the risk factors of blood collection of physical examination personnel in health examination department,the formulation of risk management countermeasures can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in the process of blood collection,improve the experience of physical examination personnel,and improve the quality of nursing.
