摘要
目的:探讨体检静脉采血护理使用沟通方法的效果和体会。方法:将收治的100例进行体检静脉采血的人群作为本次实验的实验对象。按照随机分配法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组进行传统的护理,研究组在传统的护理基础上与研究者进行沟通。对比分析两组患者体检之后的满意程度以及两组检查者晕针发生情况。结果:研究组的满意程度(96.00%)高于对照组的满意程度(75.00%),研究组的晕针人数以及紧张、恐惧的发生率也显著少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体检静脉采血时使用沟通方法可以消除患者的恐惧心理,对体检人群使用沟通方法进行护理增加了体检人群的满意程度,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect and experience of communication method in intravenous blood collection nursing. Methods:A total of 100 people who had received intravenous blood tests from December 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled in this experiment. According to the random distribution method divided into study group and control group, each group of 50 cases. The control group was treated with traditional care, and the study group communicated with the researchers on the basis of traditional nursing. The satisfaction degree of the two groups after the physical examination and the occurrence of the halo of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The satisfaction degree of the study group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (75.00%). The incidence of halo need and the incidence of tension and fear in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group. (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: The method of communication can eliminate the fear of the patients, and the use of communication methods to improve the satisfaction of the physical examination population is worthy to be widely promoted.
