摘要
目的探讨将风险管理应用在医院健康管理中心的具体实施效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月在青岛市胶州中心医院健康管理科工作的30名医务人员为研究对象,按照管理模式不同,划分常规组和干预组,每组15名,分别应用常规管理、风险管理,比较二者管理效果。结果干预组增强业务素质、优化体检环境、完善体检流程、细化服务管理评分均显著较对照组各项管理效果评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组管理总满意度相较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组健康宣教、技术操作、服务态度、安全管理等评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组风险事件发生率显著较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组可行性、科学性、可评价性、有效性评分均高于对照组各项管理价值评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用风险管理手段,有助于提升医院健康管理中心整体管理质量,该方法的满意度更高,对提高管理效果具有重要作用,同时具有更高的管理价值。
Objective To explore the specific implementation effects of applying risk management in hospital health management centers.Methods 30 medical staff working in the Department of Health Management,Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to different management modes,they were divided into a conventional group and an intervention group,with 15 medical staff in each group,and conventional management and risk management are applied respectively.Compared the management effects of the two groups.Results The enhanced business quality,optimized the physical examination environment,improved the physical examination process,and refined service management scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall management satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of health education,technical operation,service attitude,and safety management of the intervention group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of risk events in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The feasibility,scientificity,evaluability,and effectiveness scores of the intervention group were all higher than the management value scores of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of risk management methods can help improve the overall management quality of hospital health management centers.This method has higher satisfaction and plays an important role in improving management effects.At the same time,it has higher management value.
