摘要
目的测定贵州、湖北、浙江、山东、湖南、福建6个产地荷叶中二氧化硫和荷叶碱的含量,并对其药用品质进行评价。方法采用酸碱滴定法测定二氧化硫的含量;采用HPLC法测定荷叶碱含量。结果不同产地荷叶中均未检测到二氧化硫;荷叶中荷叶碱的含量在0.116~0.641%之间,其中湖南产荷叶中荷叶碱的含量高达0.641%。结论不同产地荷叶中二氧化硫和荷叶碱含量均符合《中国药典》2020版规定的要求。该研究可为荷叶药材的质量及安全性评价提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of sulfur dioxide and nuciferine in lotus leaves(Nelumbinis folium) from Guizhou,Hubei,Zhejiang,Shandong,Hunan,and Fujian,and to evaluate the medicinal quality of lotus leaves from the six origins.METHODS Sulfur dioxide in the samples was quantified by the acid-alkali titration method,whereas nuciferine was quantified by the HPLC method.RESULTS Sulfur dioxide was not detected in lotus leaves amongst the samples from the six regions.The content of nuciferine in lotus leaves was between 0.116% to 0.641%.Among the samples,lotus leaves from Hunan had the highest nuciferine content(up to 0.641%).CONCLUSION The content of sulfur dioxide and nuciferine in lotus leaves from the six origins met the requirements defined in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).This research can provide a reference for the quality and safety evaluation of lotus leaves.
