摘要
目的:研究无尾果中槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷含量测定方法。方法:使用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(15∶85);流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长360 nm;柱温35℃;进样量10μL。结果:采用高效液相色谱方法测定无尾果中槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷的含量,线性范围、重复性、稳定性和加样回收率等方法学验证项目均在合格范围内。结论:建立了高效液相色谱法测定槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷含量,方法简便、准确可靠、稳定性及重复性良好,可用于无尾果的质量控制。
Objective:To study the determination method of quercetin-3-O-glucuronide in Coluria longifolia.Methods:The determination of quercetin-3-O-glucuronide in Coluria longifolia by high performance liquid chromatography,column C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);the eluent was acetylene-water(15∶85),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 360 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the injection volume was 10μL.Results:Established a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of quercetin-3-O-glucuronide content of in Coluria longifolia.The method tests such as linearity and range,repeatability,precision,stability and sample recovery were all within the qualified range.Conclusion:Establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercetin-3-O-glucuronoside which is simple,accurate,reliable,stable and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Coluria longifolia.
