ICP-MS法测定荷叶无机元素含量差异分析及其指纹图谱的建立 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为探究荷叶中无机元素的含量,为荷叶药材的资源开发和质量安全提供科学依据。方法:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定Li、Be、Ti等25种无机元素的含量。结果:荷叶中存在大量的无机元素,其中Mn含量均超过1000 mg/kg,最高可达2840.288 mg/kg;Ba含量为49.091~166.57 mg/kg;Fe含量为53.524~117.094 mg/kg;Sr、Ti、Rb、Zn的含量在10~100 mg/kg;Li、Cu、Se的含量在1~10 mg/kg;Sb未检出。Cu、Hg、Pb、Cd、As检出含量值均远小于2020年版《中国药典》规定的限量标准值;重金属及其有害元素内梅罗综合污染指数均小于0.7,评价为优良;24种无机元素含量之间6个极显著正相关(P<0.01),11个显著正相关(P<0.05),1个(Zr与Cs)显著负相关;聚类分析可将6批荷叶分为2大类,得出无机元素的含量差异性可能与土壤环境相关。结论:可为荷叶资源的鉴别工作提供研究思路,为其质量安全提供基础数据。 Objective:To explore the content of inorganic elements in lotus leaves,and to provide scientific basis for the resource development and quality safety of lotus leaves.Methods:The contents of 25 inorganic elements including Li,Be,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Se,Rb,Sr,Zr,Mo,Cd,Sn,Sb,Cs,Ba,Hg,TL,Pb and Bi were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results:The results showed that there were a large number of inorganic elements in lotus leaves.The mass concentration of Mn was more than 1000 mg/kg,and the highest was 2840.288 mg/kg.The mass concentration of Ba is 49.091~166.57,the mass concentration of Fe is 53.524~117.094 mg/kg,and the mass concentration of Sr,Ti,Rb and Zn is 10~100 mg/kg.The mass concentrations of Li,Cu and Se were 1~10 mg/kg.Sb was not detected.The detected contents of Cu,Hg,Pb,Cd and As were far less than the limit standard values specified in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The Nemero comprehensive pollution index of heavy metals and harmful elements was less than 0.7,which was evaluated as excellent.There were 6 extremely significant positive correlations(P<0.01),11 significant positive correlations(P<0.05),and 1 significant negative correlation(Zr and Cs)between the contents of 24 inorganic elements.The 6 batches of lotus leaves can be divided into 2 categories by cluster analysis,and the difference in the content of inorganic elements may be related to the soil environment.Conclusion:It can provide research ideas for the identification of lotus leaf resources and provide basic data for their quality and safety.
