植物提取物对循环热应激肉鸡生长性能、肠绒毛形态及消化酶活性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of plant extracts on growth performance,intestinal villus morphology and digestive enzyme activities of broilers under cyclic heat stress

摘要 文章旨在研究人工循环热应激条件下,在日粮中补充植物提取物对肉鸡生长性能、小肠绒毛形态及消化酶活性的改善作用。本试验为期35d,共选取336只商品肉仔鸡,分为3个组,每组4个重复,每个重复28只。对照组肉鸡在常规饲养环境条件下饲养,饲喂基础日粮,热应激组和植物提取物组肉鸡在试验1~7d室温维持在37℃,8~35d每天早上8点至下午5点室温控制在34℃,其余时间维持在28℃,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+125mg/kg植物提取物。结果:与对照组相比,热应激组21d肉鸡的体重、1~21d和整个试验期的采食量显著降低(P<0.05)。同时对照组和植物添加剂组35d肉鸡的体重显著高于热应激组,而试验中期(22~35d)料重比和整个试验期的死亡率显著低于热应激组(P<0.05)。对照组和植物提取物组肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度、空肠绒毛高度及绒毛高度/隐窝深度均显著高于热应激组(P<0.05)。对照组和植物提取物组肉鸡十二指肠蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶活性以及空肠蛋白酶活性显著高于热应激组(P<0.05),同时,植物提取物组肉鸡十二指肠淀粉酶活性也显著高于热应激组(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验环境下,日粮添加125mg/kg植物提取物可以缓解循环热应激对肉鸡的负面影响,并可以提高肉鸡体重。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary plant extracts on growth performance,intestinal villus morphology and digestive enzyme activities of broilers under artificial cyclic heat stress.A total of 336 broilers were selected and divided into 3 groups with 112 broilers per group and 28 broilers per replicate for 35 days.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet under conventional feeding conditions.Broilers in the heat stress group and plant extract group were kept at 37℃from 1 to 7 days,34℃from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m.from 8 to 35 days,and 28℃for the rest of the experiment.The pigs were fed basal diet and basal diet+125 mg/kg plant extract,respectively.Results:Compared with the control group,the body weight of broilers in heat stress group at 21 days,feed intake at 1~21 days and the whole experiment period were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the body weight of broilers in control group and plant additive group at 35 d was significantly higher than that in heat stress group,while the ratio of feed to gain at the middle stage(22~35 d)and the mortality during the whole experiment period were significantly lower than that in heat stress group(P<0.05).Duodenal villus height,jejunum villus height and villus height/crypt depth of broilers in control group and plant extract group were significantly higher than those in heat stress group(P<0.05).The duodenal protease and trypsin activities and jejunal protease activities of broilers in control group and plant extract group were significantly higher than those in heat stress group(P<0.05),and the duodenal amylase activity of broilers in plant extract group was significantly higher than that in heat stress group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this experiment,cyclic heat stress has negative effects on the morphology of intestinal villi and digestive enzyme activities of broilers,which can improve the mortality and reduce the feed efficiency.Dietary 125 mg/kg plant extract can alleviate the negative effects of cyclic heat stress on broilers
