凝结芽孢杆菌BC66对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及肠道形态结构的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为研究凝结芽孢杆菌BC66对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及肠道形态结构的影响,试验选取同批次体况相近的21日龄[杜×长×大,(6.39±0.36)kg]断奶仔猪180头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复20头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加1.0×10^(6)、1.0×10^(7) cfu/g凝结芽孢杆菌BC66。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组料肉比、腹泻率显著降低,钙表观消化率、十二指肠隐窝深度显著增加,十二指肠绒腺比显著改善(P<0.05),其他指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与试验Ⅰ组对比,试验Ⅱ组平均日增重显著增加,粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和钙的表观消化率显著提升(P<0.05),其他指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,断奶仔猪日粮中添加10^(6)cfu/g以上含量的凝结芽孢杆菌BC66,可提高体增重、降低腹泻率,提高日粮粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及钙的消化率,对十二指肠肠绒毛形态具有改善效果。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Bacillus coagulans BC66 on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and intestinal morphology of weaned piglets.A total of 180 piglets weaned at 21 days of age[Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire,(6.39±0.36)kg]with similar body condition were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 piglets per replicate.The results showed that compared with the control group,the feed conversion ratio,diarrhea rate of groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly decreased,apparent digestibility of calcium and crypt depth of duodenum both in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwere significantly improved.Compared with group Ⅰ,the average daily gain of group Ⅱ was significantly increased,and the apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude fat and calcium was significantly improved.In conclusion that adding more than 10^(6) cfu/g of Bacillus coagulans BC66 to the diet of weaned piglets could improve body weight gain,reduce diarrhea rate,improve the digestibility of crude protein,crude fat and calcium,and improve the morphology of duodenal villi.
