摘要
文章旨在研究不同蛋白质日粮补充蛋白酶对热应激肉鸡生长性能、绒毛形态及胴体性状的影响。试验将初始体重为(58.70±0.32)g的768只1日龄肉鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复32只。试验日粮采用2×2因子设计,即2个蛋白质水平(正常和低蛋白)及2个酶水平(0和20 kIU/kg蛋白酶),试验为期6周。结果:与低蛋白组相比,正常蛋白组肉鸡的末重显著提高1.15%(P<0.05),而料重比显著降低2.61%(P<0.05)。日粮蛋白质与酶水平对肉鸡采食量的影响具有显著交互作用(P<0.05)。正常蛋白组肉鸡空肠绒毛高度及绒毛高度与隐窝深度比较较低蛋白组分别显著提高7.26%和6.10%(P<0.05)。20 kIU/kg蛋白酶组空肠绒毛高度较无酶组显著提高2.01%(P<0.05)。与低蛋白组肉鸡相比,正常蛋白组肉鸡胸肌重量显著提高6.29%(P<0.05),而腹脂相对重量显著降低22.58%(P<0.05)。20 kIU/kg蛋白酶组肉鸡胸肌相对重量较无酶组显著提高4.99%(P<0.05)。结论:热应激条件下低蛋白质日粮补充20 kIU/kg蛋白酶可以提高肉鸡空肠绒毛高度和胸肌相对重量。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of protease supplementation with different protein diets on growth performance,villus morphology and carcass traits of broilers under heat stress.A total of 7681-d broilers with an initial body weight of 58.70±0.32 g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 32 broilers per replicate.The experimental diet was fed in a 2×2 factor design,i.e.,2 protein levels(normal and low protein)and 2 enzyme levels(0 and 20 kIU/kg protease)for 6 weeks.Results:Compared with low protein group,the final weight of broilers in normal protein group was significantly increased by 1.15%(P<0.05),while the feed/gain of broilers in normal protein group was significantly decreased by 2.61%(P<0.05).Dietary protein and enzyme levels had significant interaction on feed intake of broilers(P<0.05).Compared with the low protein group,the villus height and crypt depth of jejunum of broilers in the normal protein group were significantly increased by 7.26%and 6.10%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with no enzyme group,villus height of jejunum in 20 kIU/kg protease group was significantly increased by 2.01%(P<0.05).Compared with low protein group,breast muscle weight of broilers in normal protein group was significantly increased by 6.29%(P<0.05),while abdominal fat relative weight of broilers in normal protein group was significantly decreased by 22.58%(P<0.05).The relative weight of breast muscle of broilers in 20 kIU/kg protease group was significantly increased by 4.99%compared with that in no protease group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Under heat stress condition,low protein diet supplemented with 20 kIU/kg protease can improve the growth performance,jejunal villus height and chest muscle relative weight of broilers.
