水产下脚料对肉鸡生长性能、胴体性状及肠道健康的影响

摘要 文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平的水产下脚料对肉鸡生长性能、胴体性状及肠道健康的影响。试验将504只体重一致的1日龄肉鸡随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复28只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组饲喂水产下脚料添加水平为8%和16%的日粮,对照组与处理组日粮的营养水平保持一致,试验为期6周。结果:T1和T2组42 d肉鸡体重、22~42 d平均日增重和平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但处理组22~42 d和1~42 d肉鸡料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。T2组1~42 d肉鸡平均日增重较对照组显著提高5.18%(P<0.05)。T1和T2组肉鸡胸肌相对重量较对照组分别显著提高3.41%和3.75%(P<0.05),而T2组肉鸡屠宰率和腿肌重较对照组显著提高0.82%和3.47%(P<0.05)。处理组肉鸡嗉囊、回肠pH、细菌总数及回肠大肠杆菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但处理组肉鸡嗉囊乳酸菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。T1和T2组肉鸡空肠和回肠绒毛高度及空肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但空肠隐窝深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基础日粮中添加8%~16%水产下脚料可以提高肉鸡的日增重和饲料效率,降低嗉囊和回肠有害菌数量,改善空肠和回肠绒毛形态,对器官相对重量无负面影响。 The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of different levels of aquatic residues on growth performance,carcass traits and intestinal health of broilers.A total of 5041-day broilers with the same body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 168 broilers per group and 6 replicates per group.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the treatment group was fed a diet supplemented with 8%and 16%aquatic residues.The nutrition levels of the control group and the treatment group were the same.The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.Results:The body weight,average daily gain and average daily feed intake of broilers at 42 days in T1 and T2 groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but the ratio of feed to gain of broilers at 22 to 42 days and 1 to 42 days in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the average daily gain of broilers in T2 group from 1 to 42 days was significantly increased by 5.18%(P<0.05).The breast muscle relative weight of broilers in T1 and T2 groups was significantly increased by 3.41%and 3.75%compared with the control group(P<0.05),respectively,while the slaughter percentage and leg muscle weight of broilers in T2 group were significantly increased by 0.82%and 3.47%compared with the control group(P<0.05).The pH value and total number of bacteria and Escherichia coli in crop and ileum of broilers in control group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but the number of lactobacillus in crop of broilers in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The villus height of jejunum and ileum and the ratio of jejunum villus height to crypt depth of broilers in T1 and T2 groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but the crypt depth of jejunum was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition of 8%~16%aquatic residues in basal diet can improve the daily gain and feed efficiency of
