摘要
目的:探讨不同负荷强度的离心超负荷(Accentuated eccentric loading, AEL)训练诱导的后激活增强效应(Post-Activation Potentiation, PAP)对纵跳能力的影响及有效作用时间。方法:使用挂钩重量释放器对12名有抗阻训练经历的男性采用史密斯深蹲的离心超负荷训练方式,向心阶段负荷强度为70%1RM,离心阶段负荷分别为80%1RM、105%1RM重复5次,间歇1min,使用三维测力台对12名受试者训练前和训练后(3min、6min、9min、12min)的反向纵跳值进行采集。运用重复测量方差分析和成对比较对腾空高度、峰值功率和力的发展速率进行分析。结果:(1)AEL训练负荷强度为向心70%1RM和离心80%1RM时,腾空高度在6min、9min和12min时较基线值显著增加(P<0.05);峰值功率在6min时较基线值显著增加(P<0.05);离心RFD在6min和9min较基线值显著增加(P<0.05)。(2)AEL训练负荷强度为向心70%1RM和离心105%1RM时,腾空高度和离心RFD在9min和12min较基线值显著增加(P<0.05);峰值功率在6min、9min、12min较基线值显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:有抗阻训练经历男性经杠铃史密斯深蹲重复5次诱导练习后(向心阶段负荷均为70%1RM,离心阶段分别为80%1RM和105%1RM),腾空高度、离心RFD在6-12min显著增加,峰值功率显著在6min显著增加;但采用离心负荷为80%1RM诱导时,对腾空高度、峰值功率的增长优于离心负荷为105%1RM。
This research aims to investigate the effect of post activation potentiation(Pap)induced by Accentuated eccentric loading(AEL)training with different load intensity on vertical jump ability and the effective action time. Methods: 12 men with resistance training experience were trained by Smith squat accentuated eccentric loading training with hook weight releaser. The load intensity in concentric phase was 70% 1 RM, and the load in eccentric phase was 80% 1 RM and 105% 1 RM respectively. The training was repeated for 5 times with an interval of 1 min. The reverse longitudinal jump values of 12 subjects were collected before and after training(3 min, 6 min, 9 min and 12 min)with three-dimensional force measuring platform. Repeated measurement analysis of variance and paired comparison were used to analyze the development rate of takeoff height, peak power and force. Results: 1)when the training load intensity of AEL was concentric 70% 1 RM and eccentric 80% 1 RM, the flying height increased significantly compared with the baseline value at 6 min, 9 min and 12 min(P<0.05);The peak power increased significantly compared with the baseline value at 6 min(P<0.05);Eccentric RFD increased significantly at 6 min and 9 min compared with baseline(P<0.05). 2)When the training load intensity of AEL was concentric 70% 1 RM and eccentric 105% 1 RM, the flying height and eccentric RFD increased significantly compared with the baseline value at 9 min and 12 min(P<0.05);The peak power increased significantly compared with the baseline value at 6 min, 9 min and 12 min(P<0.05). Conclusions: after 5 times of induction exercise(70% 1 RM in concentric phase, 80% 1 RM in eccentric phase and 105% 1 RM in eccentric phase), the flying height and eccentric RFD increased significantly in 6-12 minutes and the peak power increased significantly in 6 minutes;However, when the eccentric load is 80% 1 RM, the increase of flying height and peak power is better than that of eccentric load of 105% 1 RM.
