最大自主等长收缩激活后增强效应无法提高上肢爆发力 被引量:2

Postactivation Potentiation Induced by Maximal Voluntary Isometric Contractions is Unable to Improve the Explosive Power of the Upper Limbs

摘要 为了探讨最大自主等长收缩(MVICs)激活后增强效应对上肢力量表现的效益以及不同最大自主等长收缩时间诱发激活后增强效应(PAP)后对卧推(BPT)表现的影响,本研究选取了24名男性运动员参与此重复量数交叉设计实验,通过3组3S卧推MVICs处理(3MVICs)、3组5S卧推MVICs处理(5MVICs)与控制处理(CON),记录推掷高度与杠铃腾空时间,并分析推掷高度以及力量与功率的峰值。本研究发现,不论是3MVICs、5MVICs或是CON,后测各时间点卧推高度皆显著低于前测平均值(p〈0.05),功率峰值于第4分钟、第8分钟与后测平均值,皆显著低于前测平均值(p〈0.05);后测各时间点力量峰值与前测平均值均无显著差异(p〉0.05)。本研究表明,即使给予较长的组间恢复时间,3MVICs与5MVICs产生肌肉疲劳的程度高于诱发PAP的程度,因此无法提升训练良好运动员的上肢爆发力。 To investigate the postactivation potentiation (PAP) effects induced by different maximal voluntary isometric contractions (MVICs) times on the bench press throw (BPT) performance, twelve male throwing athletes volunteered to participate in this repeated measures and crossover designed study. All participants performed 3 different treatments, included 3x3 s MVICs (3 MVICs), 3x5 s MVICs (5 MVICs), and control (CON). The throwing height (TH) and flying time of barbell during BPT were measured to further analyze the TH, peak force and peak power output. This research found that, regardless of 3 MVICs, 5 MVICs or CON treatment, the TH at 4 min, 8 rain, 12 rain, and average value after treatment were significantly lower than the average value at pre-test (p 〈0.05). PPO at 4 rain, 8 rain, and average value after treatment were significantly lower than the average value at pre-test (p〈0.05). However, PF at 4 min, 8 rain, 12 min, and average value after treatment were not significantly different from average value at pre-test(p〉0.05). Although the long rest intervals between sets were arranged, the effects of 3 MVICs and 5 MVICs treatments on muscle fatigue might overtake the PAP, thus could not improve the explosive performance in upper body in well-trained athletes.
