摘要
饮食调整对临床疾病具有一定辅助治疗作用,其中生酮饮食是临床常见的饮食方式,且种类繁多。生酮饮食不仅可有效抑制肺癌、神经胶质瘤等肿瘤细胞的生长,还可明显改善癫痫发作和帮助高原低氧环境下损伤的神经元恢复至正常水平等,进而有效维系人体的正常生理功能。其作用机制包括增强氧化应激、降低葡萄糖转运蛋白1的表达、抑制炎症、改善线粒体氧化呼吸能力等。生酮饮食虽有一定疗效,但其导致的短时间内身体不适及安全性等问题仍需要进一步研究。
Dietary adjustment has a certain adjuvant therapeutic effect on clinical diseases.Ketogenic diet is a common clinical diet,and has a wide variety.Ketogenic diet can not only effectively inhibit the growth of tumor cells such as lung cancer and glioma,but also significantly improve seizures and help the injured neurons return to normal level under high altitude hypoxia environment,so as to effectively maintain the normal physiological function of human body.Its mechanisms include enhancing oxidative stress,reducing the expression of glucose transporter-1,inhibiting inflammation and improving mitochondrial oxidative respiration.Although ketogenic diet has certain curative effect,how to overcome the short-term physical discomfort caused by ketogenic diet and further clarify its safety still need further research.
