摘要
综述中链脂肪酸和α-亚麻酸的来源、生理功能及应用与其对阿尔茨海默病(AD)的改善作用及其机制,旨在为相关研究提供科学依据。
We reviewed the research advancements of the resource of MCFAs and ALA,their physiological function and application,the improvement of Alzheimer’s disease( AD) and related mechanisms to provide references for related studies.
