摘要
[目的/意义]研究网络谣言民众关注点是网络谣言识别的基础工作,为识别、分析、研判、预警网络谣言提供理论支持。[方法/过程]运用扎根理论按照研究范式进行开放式编码、主轴编码和选择式编码,提炼出以“情绪宣泄”为核心的12个民意关注点,分析和总结新冠肺炎网络谣言民意关注点的演化过程。[结果/结论]根据民意关注点在演化过程中的转变,发现、明晰网络谣言易于识别的三个关键节点和应对时机,以此切断网络谣言的传播链,为政府提高网络谣言识别精确度提供理论依据。
[Purpose/significance]Research of public opinion concerns on Internet rumors is the basic work of Internet rumor recognition which can provide theoretical support for the identification analysis judgment and early warning of Internet rumors.[Method/process]The paper based on grounded theory carries out open coding spindle coding and selective coding according to research paradigm extracts 12 public opinion focuses with“emotional catharsis”as the core analyzes and summarizes evolution process of public opinion on novel coronavirus pneumonia network rumors.[Result/conclusion]According to the change of public opinion concerns in the evolution process the paper finds and clarifies the three key nodes and response opportunities that are easy to identify online rumors so as to cut off the propagation chain of online rumors and provide a theoretical basis for government to improve the accuracy of online rumors identification.
