摘要
目的 探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情暴发下新国展方舱医院药品遴选和药事管理模式,为应对突发公共卫生事件时的药品保障工作提供参考。方法 以新国展方舱医院E2方舱为样本,收集2022年11月20日—12月12日收治的2 679例新冠肺炎无症状及轻症感染者用药信息,从药学管理模式入手,探讨符合方舱医院的药品供应目录、药品使用情况、药师岗位指责及院感防控等多方面的问题。结果 方舱药品供应目录以口服药物为主,使用频次最高的3类药物为镇咳祛痰药、解热镇痛药、抗菌药,均为可改善COVID-19感染后呼吸道及消化道症状的药物;部分患者患基础病,少数患者因环境改变或精神紧张出现精神改变,故精神药品应在药品目录中体现。结论 方舱医院药品目录的制定和药事管理模式应符合本方舱特色,根据患者的实际临床症状调整方舱药品储备,随时优化药品供应和药事管理模式。
Objective To explore the drug selection and pharmaceutical management mode of Xinguozhan Fangcang shelter hospitals under Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic and provide reference for durg supply to deal with public health emergencies.Methods Taking E2 shelter as the simple hospital,a total of 2679 patients medication with COVID-19 asymptomatic and mild symptoms in E2 were collected from November 20,2022 to December 12,2022 from the pharmaceutical management mode,to explore the suitable catalogue of drug supply,drug usage,pharmacists responsibilities and hospital infection prevention and control.Results Oral administration were the main dosage forms in E2,the most frequently used were drugs for improving the respiratory and digestive symptoms of COVID-19 such as drugs for eliminating phlegm and stopping cough,antipyretics and analgesics,antibiotic.Some patients have underlying disease,a small percentage of patients develop alter mental status because of the changes of environment or mental strain,so psychoactive drugs should be reflected in the drug supply catalogue.Conclusion The formulation of catalogue of drugs and pharmaceutical management mode,according to the patient's clinical symptoms adjust the varieties,optinmize the drugs supplies and pharmaceutical management mode.
