摘要
围绕"创业失败情境下,连续创业者如何开展后续创业活动"这一问题,运用扎根理论研究方法,构建创业者"外在行动路径"与"内在成长路径"双元发展主线下的连续创业过程模型。研究发现:连续创业双元路径中存在"行动—成长""成长—行动"的交互现象;失败经历下,连续创业者的创业素养和资源累积将对后续创业产生赋能作用。
Focusing on the research question of “How do serial entrepreneurs carry out subsequent entrepreneurship in the context of entrepreneurial failure”,this study uses grounded theory research method to construct the model which shows the serial entrepreneurial process under the dual development main lines of “external action path” and “internal growth path”of entrepreneurs.Results show that there are interaction phenomena of “action—growth” and “growth—action”in the dual paths of serial entrepreneurship,and the entrepreneurial talent and resource accumulation of serial entrepreneurs from failure will empower the next entrepreneurship.
