摘要
中国共产党立足社会变化和时代挑战,提出努力“办好人民满意的教育”,并将其作为教育现代化的奋斗目标。新时代教育领域凸显的基本矛盾和主要矛盾决定了教师专业发展需要紧扣人民满意教育的语境,重塑自我以达到自我变革的专业新境界。从逻辑上分析,人民满意的教育与教师自我变革二者之间具有逻辑一致性,体现为民生逻辑的统一、价值逻辑的关联、实践逻辑的同质,且分别以人民为中心、高质量、改革创新作为精神统领。教师自我变革的专业发展特质包括坚守人民立场倾心服务奉献的专业理念、敞开教育胸怀“成就他者”的专业情感、甘作学生精神世界的引路人和筑梦人的专业角色、自觉奋进突破的敢于先试先行的专业实践等。
“Running education to the satisfaction of the people” is the scientific orientation put forward and consistently adhered to by the Communist Party of China based on the current social changes and the challenges of the times. In new era, principal contradiction and basic contradiction determine that teacher professional development needs to recreate self and enter into the new state to self-innovation. Logically, there are some consistencies between the satisfactory education for people and teacher’s self-innovation, which include unifying for livelihood logic, correlation for value logic, and homogeneity for practice logic. The logic consistence is commanded by taking the people as the center, high quality, reform and innovation respectively inwardly. The professional development characteristics of teachers’ self-change include the professional concept of adhering to the people’s position and devoting themselves to service and dedication, the professional emotion of“achieving others” with an open mind of education, the professional role of being willing to be a spiritual guide and a dream builder, the professional practice of consciously striving for breakthrough and daring to try first.
