摘要
在收集广东省24个近郊乡村646份问卷的基础上,构建结构方程模型识别近郊乡村人才根植意愿的空间环境因素。结果表明:近郊人才的事业环境感知通过设施环境感知、人文环境感知和自然环境感知影响根植意愿,生活环境感知单独影响根植意愿,总效应从大到小依次为人文环境感知、事业环境感知、自然环境感知、生活环境感知、设施环境感知。其中,30岁以下、已工作3~5年和较高学历的人才有较强烈的根植意愿。这些人才重视近郊乡村的人文环境、事业环境和自然环境,除了收入和发展前景,提升幸福感和生活舒适感是增强其根植意愿的关键。建议通过打造优质的人文氛围、引进新兴产业、提升环境的治理水平来增强人才的根植意愿。
Based on 646 questionnaires collected from 24 suburban villages in Guangdong Province,structural equation model was constructed to identify the spatial environmental factors of talent’s root intention.It is found that talent’s career environment perception affects their root intention through facility environment perception,humanistic environment perception and natural environment perception,while living environment perception affects talent’s root intention.The total effect order is humanistic environment perception>career environment perception>natural environment perception>residential environment perception>facility environment perception.Among them,30 years old,with 3~5 years of working life and a certain degree of education have a strong root intention.These talents attach importance to the cultural environment,career environment and natural environment in the suburbs and countryside.In addition to income and development prospects,improving happiness and life comfort is the key to enhancing their root intention.It is suggested to enhance the grounding intention of talents by creating high-quality cultural atmosphere,introducing emerging industries and improving environmental governance.
