摘要
企业输出的对象是整个产品,需要多种技术相互配合,企业专利多以专利组合的形式出现。产品背后的标准必要专利能客观反应产品的技术价值以及市场价值,但企业专利组合中标准必要专利的认定和综合评估是目前凾待解决的突出问题。本文首先基于标准必要专利的核心要素设计了综合评价体系,然后选取了模糊综合评价法进行理论建模和数据处理,在指标权重的问题上采用了层次分析法赋值。最后选取重要公司的专利组合,进行模糊综合评价,为企业专利组合中的标准必要定性判断和定量计算提供参考。
The object of an enterprise output is an entire product,requiring multiple technologies to work with each other,and more enterprise patents come in the form of a patent portfolio.The standard essential patents behind a product can objectively respond to the technical value of the product as well as the market value,but identification and comprehensive evaluation of the standard essential patents in the corporate patent portfolio is a prominent problem to be solved at the present.A comprehensive evaluation system was first designed based on the core elements of standard essential patents,and then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was selected for theoretical modeling and data processing,with hierarchical analysis assignment on questions of metric weights.A patent portfolio of important companies is then selected for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,providing a reference for standard necessary qualitative judgment and quantitative calculations in the corporate patent portfolio.
