摘要
针对目前房地一体作业效率低、成本高的问题,本文提出采用新型的倾斜摄影测量技术和LIDAR点云技术进行地籍图生产的作业方案,并对其生产的成果精度进行统计分析,结果表明:采用上述两种方法,生产的地籍图精度良好,可以满足地籍精度需求,且效率高、成本低,具有推广使用价值,可以为同行带来参考。
In view of the problems of low efficiency and high cost of the current integrated operation of premises, this paper proposes an operation plan for the production of cadastral maps using a new type of oblique photogrammetry technology and LIDAR point cloud technology, and makes a statistical analysis of the accuracy of its production results. It is shown that using the above two methods, the cadastral map produced has good accuracy, can meet the needs of cadastral accuracy, and has high efficiency and low cost, and has the value of promotion and use, which can bring reference to the peers.
