摘要
针对部分房屋周边树木遮挡严重,采用无人机倾斜摄影技术进行房地一体作业优势不明显,由于外业补测工作量大的问题,本文提出将LIDAR技术应用于农村房地一体项目,基于LIDAR成果进行地籍图的测绘,并通过外业采集的检测点和检测边对地籍图成果精度进行检测。结果表明,利用LIDAR点云生产的地籍图成果,精度可以满足房地一体项目要求,可作为房地一体项目的一种新的作业方式,供相关从业人员借鉴参考。
In view of the serious occlusion of trees around some houses, the advantages of using UAV oblique photography technology for integrated operation of premises are not obvious, and the workload of field supplementary measurement is large. This paper proposes to apply LIDAR technology to rural real estate integration projects.Based on the results of LIDAR The cadastral map is surveyed and mapped, and the accuracy of the cadastral map results is tested through the detection points and detection edges collected by the field. The results show that the accuracy of the cadastral map results produced by LIDAR point cloud can meet the requirements of the integration of housing and land, and can be used as a housing It is a new operation method of the land integration project,which can be used for reference by relevant practitioners.
