摘要
针对传统不动产测绘效率低、风险高、成本高、入户难的问题,本文采用目前测绘领域新型的倾斜摄影技术和激光点云技术进行房地一体项目数据生产。首先介绍了倾斜摄影技术和激光点云技术,然后通过实际生产案例,对两种方法的作业流程进行了介绍,并对生产的成果精度进行检测。结果表明,采用本文提到的两种方法,生产的成果可以满足房地一体项目精度需求,可以为房地一体项目的生产提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, high risk, high cost, and difficulty in entering the home in traditional real estate surveying and mapping, this paper adopts the new oblique photography technology and laser point cloud technology in the field of surveying and mapping to produce the data of the real estate integration project. First, the oblique photography technology and the laser point cloud technology are introduced, and then through the actual production case, the operation process of the two methods is introduced, and the accuracy of the production results is tested. The results show that by using the two methods mentioned in this paper, the production results can meet the precision requirements of the integrated premises and land projects, and can provide a reference for the production of the integrated premises and land projects.
