摘要
大学阶段是青年世界观、人生观和价值观形成的关键时期,在这一时期如何有效实现专业学习与思想观念转变的有机结合,是高等教育过程中要解决的重要问题,精神医学专业作为临床医学专业的分支要充分利用好其专业课教学中的思政元素,以专业课教师自身政治素养提升为基础,以文化传承为基础充分挖掘专业课程所蕴含的德育元素,将德育元素与教学内容有效衔接和融合,运用先进的教学手段和教育理念,提高课程思政教育效果,整合课程德育元素,优化教学考核评价方案,并以此来推进医学生的专业技能与思想道德水平的共同进步,实现教书与育人的有机统一,为培养高素质的精神卫生人才做好能力和素质准备。
The university stage is the key to youth world outlook,the outlook on life and values formation period,during this period how to effectively implement the combination of professional learning and concept transformation,is one of the important problems to solve in the process of higher education,the spirit of the medical professional as a branch of clinical medicine specialty should make full use of the political education in specialized course teaching elements,on the basis of professional course teachers improve their own political literacy,on the basis of the cultural heritage to develop moral education of professional course contains elements,elements of moral education and effective connection of teaching content and the fusion,using advanced teaching method and education idea,improve the effect of class education,To integrate the moral elements of the curriculum,optimize the teaching assessment and evaluation scheme,and promote the common progress of medical students'professional skills and ideological and moral level,realize the organic unity of teaching and education,and prepare for the training of high quality mental health talents in ability and quality.
