翻转课堂联合Seminar教学在消化内科教学中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探索翻转课堂联合Seminar教学法在消化内科实习教学中的价值。方法选择2020年6—12月接受的40名临床医学专业的学生作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=20)和试验组(n=20),对对照组进行传统课堂教学,对试验组实施翻转课堂Seminar教学模式。出科前对两组进行理论考试、操作技能考核、综合能力评估和满意度调查。结果试验组理论考试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组自学能力、沟通能力、分析解决能力和团队精神及对教学模式的满意情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科实习生教学中应用翻转课堂联合Seminar教学模式,可提升教学效果及实习生满意度。 Objective To study the effect of the teaching mode based on"flip classroom"combined with Senimar in the practice teaching of gastroenterology.Methods A total of 40 interns during their rotation in department of gastroenterology from June to December 2020 were divided into two groups:experimental group and traditional group.The interns of experimental group were taught by flipped classroom combined with senimar teaching method,while the residents of traditional group were taught by traditional teaching method.After the internship,the proposition test was carried out to assess the mastery of theoretical knowledge,skills,comprehensive capacity and satisfaction.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had better approval of self-learning ability,communication skills,analytical and problem-solving skills,cooperation ability and satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped Classroom combined with senimar teaching in the gastroenterology teaching can improve the teaching quality and the students have high recognition.
