摘要
目的浅析Seminar教学法联合微格教学在临床肿瘤科护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法该院肿瘤科于2020年1—12月间接收73名护理专业实习生,纳入A组,应用Seminar教学法联合微格教学;该院肿瘤科于2019年1—12月间接收73名护理专业实习生,纳入B组,应用传统教学方法,评价两组教学效果。结果A组实习后核心胜任力评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组理论考核成绩(90.28±1.42)分、操作考核成绩(92.16±1.00)分,均高于B组(85.29±1.53)分、(88.28±1.73)分,差异有统计学意义(t=20.425、16.590,P=0.001、0.001)。A组实习生对教学满意度为97.26%,高于对照组80.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床肿瘤科护理临床带教中应用Seminar教学法联合微格教学法可有效提高实习生核心胜任力、出科考核成绩、教学满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of Seminar teaching method combined with microteaching in clinical nursing teaching in clinical oncology department.Methods The Oncology Department of the hospital accepted 73 nursing interns from January to December 2020,and they were included in group A,using Seminar teaching method combined with microteaching.The Oncology Department of the hospital received 73 nursing interns from January to December 2019,and were included in group B,applying traditional teaching methods.Evaluated the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The core competency score of group A was higher than that of group B after practice,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group A had scores of theoretical assessment(90.28±1.42)points and scores of operational assessment(92.16±1.00)points,were all higher than group B(85.29±1.53)points,(88.28±1.73)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=20.425,16.590,P=0.001,0.001).The teaching satisfaction of interns in group A was 97.26%,which was higher than 80.82%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Seminar teaching method combined with microteaching method in clinical nursing teaching in clinical oncology department can effectively improve the core competency of interns,the examination results of the department,and the satisfaction of teaching.
